Vinification: soft pressing with a must yield of 20-25%, fermentation at 18°C part in stainless steel tanks, part in small oak barrels
Maturation: in French oak barriques and 20 hl barrels for 24 months
Colour: bright golden yellow
Bouquet: lush and intense, with hints of honey, sweet almonds and dried apricots
Flavour: sweet and mouth-filling, good body and balance between acidity and sugars, long length
Alcohol content: 13 % vol

Location of Vineyard: Bosco Grande estate
Vinification: soft pressing yielding 20-25% must, fermentation at 18°C part in stainless steel tanks, part in small oak and acacia barrels
Maturation: in French oak barriques for 24 months
Colour: bright golden yellow
Bouquet: elegant, reminiscent of honey, ripe grapes and apples, with slight, well-integrated aroma of vanilla from contact with the wood
Flavour: sweet and mouth-filling, good body, superb balance between acidity and sugars, long in length
Alcohol content: 14% vol

Bouquet: intense and fresh, of honey and acacia blossom typical of these aromatic varieties

Alcohol content: 12.5% vol
